摘　　要：针对青岛地铁隧道特殊环境和TBM施工特点,提出了TBM出渣系统方案。本出渣系统作业是通过渣土运输车、翻车机、皮带输送机与TBM合理匹配来完成的。分析了TBM施工出渣量及技术指标,设计了渣土运输车、翻车机、皮带输送机三种设备技术方案,并阐述了其技术创新点。在工程应用中,出渣系统运行状况良好,出渣效率高,充分发挥了TBM施工优势,保证了掘进速度及总体工期。出渣系统自动化程度高、安全性好、操作便捷、环保无污染等特点,在地铁施工领域有很好的推广前景。According to the special environment of Qingdao metro tunnel and the characteristics of TBM,a slag removal system is put forward.The operation of this slag removal system is completed by reasonable matching of muck transporter,dumper,belt conveyor and TBM.The slag amount and technical indexes of TBM construction are analyzed,three technical schemes of the muck transporter,dumper and belt conveyor are designed,and the technological innovation points are expounded.In engineering application,the equipment runs in good condition and has high slag discharge efficiency,which fully promotes the play of the advantages of TBM construction and ensures the tunneling speed and the overall construction period.The slag removal system has the characteristics of high automation,high safety,convenient operation,environmental protection and no pollution,etc.,and it has a good promotion prospect in the field of subway construction.
