高铁1000 t/40 m梁过隧运架分体式架桥机对比研究

摘　　要：高铁1000 t/40 m简支箱梁正推广使用,相应的运架装备也得以开发应用。为方便设计人员的设计选型与施工单位的运架装备选用,对目前新研制且使用最广的两套高铁1000 t/40 m梁过隧运架分体式架桥机(运梁车+架桥机),从设备组成、主要技术参数、过隧设计措施、运架梁作业流程、实际运架梁效果等方面进行了对比研究,结果表明:(1)两套过隧运架分体式架桥机都满足运架高铁1000 t/40 m简支箱梁所有工况要求;(2)今后设计选型,驮梁台车首选滚动摩擦的移运器驮梁台车,运梁车选用车身短、喂梁一次即可用架桥机前后起重小车吊梁走行的运梁车,架桥机选用支腿数量少的3支腿架桥机;(3)相比"YLS1000运梁车+JQS1000架桥机",推荐施工单位首选"TJ-YLS1000/40运梁车+TJ-JQS1000 t/40 m架桥机"这套过隧运架分体式架桥机,因其总重量要轻100 t,且运架梁作业效率也高(最高16 h架了6孔40 m梁)。As the 1000 t/40 m simple supported box girder being promoted into practice for high-speed railway,the corresponding girder-transporting and erecting equipment has also been developed and applied.In this article,a comparative study is carried out on the two sets of transportation-erection separation type bridge machines(girder transporter and girder-erecting machine)through tunnel for 1000 t/40 m beam that are newly developed and widely used for high-speed railway,mainly from the aspects of equipment composition,main technical parameters,design measures for passing tunnels,operation process of girder transporting and erecting and the actual application effect,so as to provide the convenience for the designers to conduct design selection,and for the construction units to select the girder-transporting and erecting equipment.The results show that:(1)both sets of separation type bridge machines can meet the working requirements of transporting and erecting 1000 t/40 m simply supported box girder through the tunnel for high-speed railway;(2)in the later design selection,it is preferred to select the moving device girder-carrying trolley with rolling friction as the girder-carrying trolley,choose the girder transporter that with short body and can lift the girder with the front and rear crabs of the girder-erecting machine after one-time beam feeding,and use the three-leg girder-erecting machine with fewer legs as the girder-erecting machine;(3)compared with“YLS1000 girder transporter+JQS1000 girder-erecting machine”,it is recommended to choose“TJ-YLS1000/40 girder transporter+TJ-JQS1000 t/40 m girder-erecting machine”as the transportation-erection separation type bridge machine through tunnel,because its total weight is 100 t lighter,and the operation efficiency of girder-transporting and erecting is also high(erecting a 6-hole 40 m girder within 16 hours at most).
