摘 要:水暖管道井是实现建筑本体使用功能和工程创优的重要部位,采取合理的施工技术,既能保证施工质量,又能降低生产成本,同时也可方便日后物业的管理维护。针对目前各类建筑内水暖管道井空间狭小,造成水暖管道井的施工管理难度加大,严重影响水暖管道井的施工质量的问题,在分析狭小空间管道井传统施工技术缺点的基础上,通过多个项目狭小空间水暖管道井的施工实践,提出了一套关于狭小空间水暖管道井的施工技术,涉及管道套管一次成型技术,管道井土建反坎预留支管洞口技术及针对管道井墙体为空心多孔砖时的预埋混凝土预制块技术等;通过建立高层建筑狭小空间水暖管道井模型,对该技术施工工序进行了详细的论述,并提出相关建议。该技术优化了土建和安装的工序穿插,保证了土建和安装的施工质量,缩短了施工周期,减少了建筑垃圾的产生;同时提高了现场的文明施工,可以拓展到类似的施工区域,如电井、设备用房、管道夹层的管线密集且空间狭小的部位。Plumbing tube well is an important part of the building body to achieve the use of function and engineering excellence,taking reasonable construction technology can not only ensure the quality of construction,but also reduce production costs and facilitate the future management and maintenance of the property.In response to the current narrow space of plumbing tube wells in various buildings,which makes the construction management of plumbing tube wells more difficult and seriously affects the construction quality of plumbing tube wells,based on the analysis of the shortcomings of the traditional construction technology of plumbing tube wells in narrow spaces and through the construction practice of plumbing tube wells in narrow spaces in several projects,a set of construction techniques on plumbing tube wells in narrow spaces was proposed,involving tube casing one-off technology,pre-deposited branch tube holes in civil construction of the tube well technology and pre-buried concrete prefabricated blocks in hollow porous bricks walls of the tube well technology.By establishing a model of a plumbing tube well in a narrow space in high-rise building,the construction process of this technology was discussed in detail and relevant recommendations were proposed.The technology optimized the interpolation of civil construction and installation processes,ensured the quality of civil construction and installation,shortened the construction cycle,reduced the generation of construction waste,and improved the civilised construction on site,and could be extended to similar construction areas such as electrical wells,equipment rooms,and piping mezzanines where the pipelines are dense and the space is confined.
