摘  要:在细长竖管内安装液位计是测量目标水位高低的常用方式,为了改进当前项目中使用的超声波液位计量程不足、受环境因素影响较大的情况,基于TDC-GP22计时芯片设计了一款宽量程、高精度的脉冲激光液位计。其中硬件方面还包含了STM32最小系统、激光发射和回波信号调理电路等,软件方面以激光测距为理论依据,使用了平均值滤波方式减小误差。经实验验证,文中设计的激光液位计在10 m量程范围内,最大绝对误差为15 mm,最大相对误差为0.3%,与超声波液位计相比具有量程更大和受环境因素影响更小的优点。As installing a level gauge in a slender and upright pipe is the common way to measure the level of target waters,for improving the short range and easily affected by environmental factors of ultrasonic level gauge currently used in the project, this paper designs a pulse laser level gauge with wide range and high precision based on TDC-GP22 timing chip. The hardware includes STM32 minimum system, laser emission and echo signal conditioning circuit, etc. Based on the theory of laser ranging, the software uses an average filtering method to reduce errors. Experimental results indicate that the system has the maximum absolute error of 15 mm and the maximum relative error of 0.3% within the measuring range of 10 m. Compared with the ultrasonic level gauge, the system increases the measurement range and has better environmental adaptability.
