摘 要:随着海洋勘探范围的扩大,国内400 ft高端自升式钻井平台逐年增加,隔水导管成为限制高端钻井平台发挥作业能力的短板。文中通过分析我国近海海流状况及其极值工况,建立了隔水导管抗拉抗弯强度计算模型,采用米塞斯屈服准则、经典双线性随动强化准则等对在用隔水导管进行结构稳定性校核,计算隔水导管在不同水深范围条件下的极值海流流速,确定在用隔水导管的安全性并提出提高其稳定性建议,为拓展高端自升式钻井平台作业范围提供数据支持。With the expansion of marine exploration scope, domestic 400 ft high-end jack-up drilling platforms have been increasing year by year, and risers have become a shortcoming that restricts high-end drilling platforms from exerting their operational capabilities. By analyzing the current conditions in China’s offshore waters and their extreme conditions, this paper establishes a calculation model for the tensile and flexural strength of risers. The Mises yield criterion and the classic bilinear follow-up strengthening criterion are used to check the structural stability of the riser in use, and calculate the extreme current velocity of the riser under the conditions of different water depth ranges. The safety of the riser in use is determined, and suggestions for improving its stability are put forward to provide data support for expanding the operating range of high-end jack-up drilling platforms.
