摘　　要：文中梳理了批量生产PU涂层球墨铸件管件的喷涂质量及喷涂装备问题,提出了对多种规格、多种型号的管件共线生产时的喷涂方法,并对相应的喷涂装备进行了探讨。This paper studies the PU coating spraying quality and spraying equipment for mass production of ductile castings and pipes, proposes the spraying method for the in-line production of pipes of various specifications and models,and discusses the corresponding spraying equipment.
