摘 要:核电主管道具有管壁厚、现场焊接空间狭窄、高服役环境等特点,其焊接技术一直是核电发展的热门研究方向之一。文中介绍了焊接方法的分类,总结了传统焊接方法的不足,分析了窄间隙激光热丝焊的国外、国内研究现状。通过分析窄间隙激光热丝焊的技术优缺点,提出了窄间隙激光热丝焊在核用管道焊接领域的发展方向,为核电发展贡献力量。The main pipeline of nuclear power has the characteristics of thick pipe wall, narrow welding space on site, and high service environment. Its welding technology has always been one of the hot research directions in the development of nuclear power. This paper introduces the classification of welding methods, summarizes the shortcomings of traditional welding methods, and analyzes the foreign and domestic research status of narrow gap laser hot wire welding. By analyzing the technical advantages and disadvantages of narrow gap laser hot wire welding, the development direction of narrow gap laser hot wire welding in the field of nuclear pipeline welding is proposed, and contributes to the development of nuclear power.
