摘 要:结合轨道交通四连杆结构刮雨器的特点,采用参数化及等效模型,利用ADMAS软件对刮雨器系统进行了动力学、运动学分析研究。通过实例阐述了刮刷角度的变化所带来的影响,研究分析了在不同刮刷角度下刮雨器系统的最大角加速度、冲击力及关键部件的受力曲线。结果表明,随着角度递增,影响系统可靠性的角加速度、冲击力等相关参数成正比递增,刮刷角度越大致使雨刮系统产生瞬间冲击力也越大,导致系统可靠性越低。最后从设计角度提出相应的参数依据来提高整个刮雨器系统的可靠性。Combined with the four-bar linkage structure of the rail transit wiper, the parameterized and equivalent model is used to analyze the dynamics and kinematics of the wiper system using ADMAS software. An example is used to illustrate the influence of the change of the wiper angle, and the maximum angular acceleration, impact force and the force curve of key components of the wiper system under different wiper angles are studied and analyzed. The results show that as the angle increases, the angular acceleration, impact force and other related parameters that affect the reliability of the system increase proportionally. The larger the wiper angle, the greater the instantaneous impact force generated by the wiper system, resulting in lower system reliability. Finally, the corresponding parameter basis is proposed from the design point of view to improve the reliability of the entire wiper system.
