摘　　要：针对大自由光谱范围的滤波需求,在全通型微环滤波器的基础上耦合三个微环谐振器,设计出一种自由光谱范围加倍的微环滤波器.根据光波导理论,信号流程图理论和梅森公式推导出滤波器输出端的传递函数,在Matlab环境下对滤波器输出光谱进行仿真分析.仿真结果表明,当母子微环滤波器周长成整数倍时,随着比值的增大,自由光谱范围也逐渐增大,当母微环周长为92.4μm,母子微环周长比为L_(1)∶L_(2)=6∶1时,滤波器输出光谱达到95 nm.To meet the filtering requirement of large free spectral range,a kind of double free spectral range microring filter is designed by coupling three micro-ring resonators on the basis of all-pass microring filters.Based on the optical waveguide theory,signal flow graph theory and Mason formula,the transfer function of the filter output is derived and the output spectrum of the filter is simulated and analyzed by Matlab.Simulation results show that when the circumference of the mother-child microring filter follows integer multiple,the free spectral range increases with the growth of the ratio.When the mother microring circumference is 92.1μm and the mother microring circumference ratio is L_(1)∶L_(2)=6∶1,the filter output spectrum reaches 95 nm.
