摘 要:为了满足10 kV配电网线路在不同自动化模式及布点数量情况下的可靠性评估,指导配电网规划建设中自动化模式的选择及布点数量的设置,提出一种基于故障模式影响分析(failure mode and effect analysis,FMEA)法的改进可靠性评估方法。该方法在传统FMEA法步骤过程中,通过增加对线路开关进行自动化分类,增加停电区域划分,细化停电时间分类,采用线路分区划分,提升线路元件停电区域划分效率,生成所需的完整FMEA表,使得改进的FMEA法能满足线路配置多种自动化模式及布点数量下可靠性评估,适用于配电网线路自动化选点、选模式。以某配电网线路为例进行可靠性评估计算,结果表明该改进算法能满足配电网系统不同自动化模式及布点数量的可靠性评估。In order to meet the requirements for reliability evaluation of 10 kV distribution network lines under different automation modes and distribution points,and guide the selection of automation modes and setting of distribution points in distribution network planning and construction,an improved reliability evaluation method based on failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)is proposed.In the process of traditional FMEA method,this improved method increases automation classification of line switches and divisions of power outage areas,refines the classification of power outage time,and uses line partition to improve the efficiency of line component power outage area division,and generates the required complete FMEA table.The improved FMEA method can meet the requirements of reliability evaluation under multiple automation modes of line configuration and numbers of distribution points,which is suitable for automation selection mode of distribution network lines.Taking a distribution network line as an example,this paper carries out the calculation of reliability evaluation and the results show that the improved algorithm can meet the requirements for reliability evaluation of different automation modes and distribution points of the distribution network system.
