摘　　要：针对出租车司机送客到机场后的决策问题,通过构造0-1二值变量,建立决策模型,为司机提供科学的个性化决策方案:排队等待或放空回城.首先给出司机的决策准则:比较在两种选择下相同时间段内出租车司机的净收益大小.再利用多项式曲线拟合法估计机场单日客流量,然后考虑乘坐出租车的乘客比率、"蓄车池"中等待的出租车数量、天气因素等要素,分析在两种选择下的收益、成本,可得0-1决策变量的值,进而给出相应的决策建议.采用北京首都国际机场相关数据对模型进行实证分析,验证模型给出的决策建议符合经验判断,说明模型科学合理,有利于提升出租车运营效率,推动社会高质量发展.In order to solve the decision problem of taxi drivers after delivering passengers to the airport, this article constructs a 0-1 binary variable and establishes a decision model to provide a reasonable and personalized decision for driver. First, the driver′s decision criterion is established,which is to compare the net income of taxi drivers in the same time period under the two options.Then the polynomial curve fitting method is used to estimate the daily passenger flow of the airport.In addition, the income and cost under the two options are analyzed by taking various factors into considerations, including the passenger ratio of taxi, the number of taxis waiting in the car storage pool, and the weather. Thus the value of the 0-1 decision variable is obtained and the corresponding decision suggestion has been given. On the base of the relevant data of Beijing Capital International Airport, this article empirically analyzes the model and verifies that the decision advice given by the model is consistent with the usual experience, which shows that the model is reasonable and is helpful to improve the efficiency of taxi operation and promote the high quality development of society.
