摘　　要：国医大师徐景藩教授在长期诊治消化性溃疡的临床过程中,形成了"消补、润燥、升降、清化"的学术思想,其诊疗特色为:(1)谨守病机、灵活施辨。脾胃虚弱为发病基础,脾胃失和是常见病机,其中脾胃阴虚、湿阻中焦亦不少见,瘀血阻滞为其发展趋势。(2)把握病变趋势,未病先防。补益脾胃,不忘消健助运,化湿常需润燥相合,以防伤阴。徐教授尤其注重脾阴虚的治疗和预防,临床灵活运用参苓白术散、慎柔养真汤加减。(3)巧用药对,执简驭繁。常用药对如陈皮与法半夏、枳壳与白术、谷芽与麦芽、绿萼梅与佛手、刀豆壳与柿蒂、黄连与吴茱萸、百合与麦冬等。(4)古为今用,继承创新。徐教授师古不泥,以经方为宗,结合现代病理药理研究,古方今用、验方活用,中西医结合治疗本病,常获良效。Professor Xu Jing-fan,a TCM Master,has formed the academic thought of"resolution and supplement,moistening dryness,ascending and descending,clearing and resolving"in the long-term clinical process of diagnosis and treatment of peptic ulcer.His diagnosis and treatment characteristics are as follows:(1)Carefully guarding the pathogenesis,and treating flexibly.Spleen and stomach weakness is the basis of the disease,and spleen-stomach disharmony is a common pathogenesis.Spleen-stomach yin deficiency,dampness obstruction and middle coke are very common,and blood stasis blockage is its development trend.(2)Grasping the disease trend and preventing before disease.It is necessary to tonify the spleen and stomach,help activate and transport.Removing dampness often requires the combination of moistening dryness to prevent from injuring yin.Professor Xu pays special attention to the treatment and prevention of spleen yin deficiency,and flexibly uses Ginseng and Poria and White Atractylodes Powder,Modified Shenrou Yangzhen Decoction(MSRYZD,慎柔养真汤加减).(3)Skillfully using drug-pairs based on simple rules.Common drug pairs include Chenpi(Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae)and Fabanxia(Rhizoma Pinelliae Praeparatum),Zhiqiao(Fructus Aurantii)and Baizhu(Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae),Guya(Fructus Setariae Germinatus)and Maiya(Fructus Hordei Germinatus),Lyuemei(Flos Mume)and Foshou(Fructus Citri Sarcodactylis),Daodouke(Pericarpium Canavaliae)and Shidi(Calyx Kaki),Huanglian(Rhizoma Coptidis)and Wuzhuyu(Fructus Evodiae),Baihe(Bulbus Lilii)and Maidong(Radix Ophiopogonis),etc.(4)Making the past serve the present,insist on inheriting and innovating.Professor Xu is not limited to the past experiences,takes the classic formulas as the treating principle,combines with modern pathological and pharmacological research,flexibly uses ancient formulas and proven formulas,adopts the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and he has often achieved good results in the treatment of peptic ulcer.
