三才针法对中风后顽固性呃逆患者呃逆发病的频率及每次发病持续时间的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察三才针法对中风后顽固性呃逆患者呃逆发病的频率及每次发病持续时间的影响。方法:将70例中风后呃逆患者按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各35例。两组患者均给予基础治疗,试验组另给予三才针法治疗,对照组另给予一般针刺治疗。结果:试验组治疗后呃逆发病的频率、每次发病的持续时间、起效时间、疗程均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后呃逆程度评分、精神及睡眠状态评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组有效率为91.4%,对照组有效率为74.2%,试验组有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三才针法治疗中风后顽固性呃逆疗效显著,能降低呃逆发病的频率、每次发病的持续时间。Objective:To observe the influence of Heaven-Human-Earth acupuncture on the frequency and duration of hiccup in patients with intractable hiccup after stroke.Methods:A total of 70 patients with hiccup after stroke were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 35 cases in each group.Both groups were given basic treatment,then the experimental group was additionally given Heaven-Human-Earth acupuncture,while the control group was additionally given general acupuncture.Results:After treatment,the frequency,duration,onset time and course of treatment of hiccup in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of hiccup degree,spirit and sleep state in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the experimental group was 91.4%which was better than that of the control group:74.2%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Heaven-Human-Earth acupuncture is effective in the treatment of intractable hiccup after stroke,can reduce the frequency and duration of hiccup.
