分期配穴针刺治疗中风后吞咽障碍80例

摘　　要：目的:观察分期配穴针刺治疗中风后吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法:选取许昌市中医院2018年6月至2019年6月诊治的中风后吞咽障碍患者160例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组80例。对照组给予常规取穴针刺治疗,试验组给予分期配穴针刺治疗。结果:试验组吞咽疗效有效率为96.25%,对照组有效率为77.50%,试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前的蛙田饮水试验结果、SSA评分、BI评分比较P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。试验组治疗后蛙田饮水试验正常率高于对照组、标准吞咽功能评定量表评分低于对照组、改良Barthel指数评分完全独立率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:分期配穴针刺治疗中风后吞咽障碍疗效显著,可有效改善患者吞咽功能及进食能力,改善患者生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of dysphagia after stroke treated by matching-acupoint acupuncture by stages.Methods:A total of 160 patients with dysphagia after stroke diagnosed and treated in Xuchang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was given routine acupoint acupuncture treatment,whilethe experimental group was given matching-acupoint acupuncture by stages.Results:The effective rate of swallowing was 96.25%in the experimental group and 77.50%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in frog field drinking water test results,SSA score and BI score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the normal rate of frog field drinking water test in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the score of standard swallowing function rating scale was lower than that in the control group,and the complete independent rate of modified Barthel index was higher than that in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Matching-acupoint acupuncture by stages is effective in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke,which can effectively improve the swallowing function and eating ability and the quality of life of patients.
