摘　　要：古代医籍中有关"护场"的记载,原用于描述疔疮的临床表现以及判断病情预后转归的吉恶,应用范围较为局限。目前,护场理论广泛应用于臁疮、褥疮、肿瘤、糖尿病足等疾病的治疗中。治法包括外治法和内治法,其中外治法包括中药外用、负压疗法、物理疗法、红光疗法、熏灸法、清创法、银离子敷料疗法等;内治法通过扶助正气,祛除邪气,以促使体内大护场的形成。目前存在的问题是,临床促进护场形成用药良莠不齐,病种繁杂,缺乏统一疗效标准及评判指标,样本数不足,无法准确有效地支撑护场理论的客观性、科学性、有效性,在广度和深度上均需加强。今后,应将现代技术与传统中医药充分结合,开展大规模、高质量、前瞻性的临床试验研究,将先进的医学生物学、病理、生理等多学科联合,更好地展示研究成果,挖掘护场理论的价值。The records of"swollen carbuncle"in ancient medical books were originally used to describe the clinical manifestations of acne and to judge the good and the bad of the prognosis of the disease.The scope of application was relatively limited.At present,the theory of swollen carbuncle is widely used in the treatment of such diseases as sore,bedsore,tumor and diabetic foot.The treatment methods include external treatments and internal treatment.The external treatment methods include external use of Chinese medicinals,negative pressure therapy,physical therapy,red light therapy,fumigation and moxibustion,debridement,silver ion dressing therapy,etc.Internal therapy promotes the formation of a large protective field in the body by supporting healthy qi and removing evil qi.At present,the existing problems are as follows:In terms of the clinical practice promoting formation of swollen carbuncle nursing field,the good and bad drugs are intermingled,the types of diseases are complex,there is a lack of unified curative effect standards and evaluation indicators,and the number of samples is insufficient,which can not accurately and effectively support the objectivity,scientificity and effectiveness of the swollen carbuncle theory,so it is necessary to be strengthened in breadth and depth.In the future,we should fully combine modern technology with TCM,carry out large-scale,high-quality and forward-looking clinical trial research,combine advanced medical biology,pathology,physiology and other disciplines,better display research results and excavate the value of the swollen carbuncle theory.
