摘　　要：目的:构建适用于危重病人直升机转运的护理质量评价体系,为危重病人直升机护理转运规范建设提供理论依据。方法:以三维质量理论为基础,通过质性研究和文献研究拟定危重病人护理质量评价指标和内容,根据德尔菲法对13名直升机救援专家进行了2轮意见函询并进行内容确定,分析评价研究结果的科学性和可靠性。结果:2轮咨询专家积极系数为100%,专家权威系数(Cr)分别为0.74,0.76,意见的协调系数分别为0.312,0.376,构建了包含3个一级指标、14个二级指标、44个三级指标的危重病人直升机空中转运护理质量评价体系。结论:构建的护理质量评价体系明确了直升机救援护理服务内容和质量评价的要求,形成的护理质量评价体系内容具体、各层次指标和内容可作为护理质量评价的参考。Objective:To construct a nursing quality evaluation system suitable for helicopter transport of critically ill patients,and to provide a theoretical basis for the construction of norms for helicopter transport of critically ill patients.Method:Based on the three-dimensional quality theory,through qualitative research and literature research,the evaluation indicators and content of critically ill patient care quality were drawn up.According to the Delphi method,13 helicopter rescue experts were consulted for 2 rounds of opinion letters,and the content was determined,and the scientificity and reliability of the research results were analyzed and evaluated.Results:The positive coefficient of experts in the two rounds of consultation was 100%,Crwas 0.74,0.76,and the coordination coefficient of opinions was 0.312 and 0.376,respectively.The nursing quality evaluation sy stem of helicopter transport for critically ill patients was established,which included 3 first-level indexes,14 second-level indexes and 44 third-level indexes.Conclusion:The constructed nursing quality evaluation system has clarified the requirements of helicopter rescue nursing service content and quality evaluation,and the formed nursing quality evaluation system has specific content,and the indexes and contents at various levels can be used as a reference for nursing quality evaluation.
