摘　　要：卷烟长度偏差是卷烟质量控制的一项重要指标。目前市面上的卷烟机都不具备卷烟长度的实时在线检测功能,更没有实时在线控制功能,为了做到对烟支实时质量自动检测及控制,本文研究了一种视觉检测卷烟长度的智能纠偏装置,该装置可以实时检测卷烟长度并且通过智能分析,可以迅速判断出现质量缺陷的原因,并且实现自动精准控制。Cigarette length deviation is an important indicator of cigarette quality control. At present, the cigarette machines on the market do not have the real-time online detection function of cigarette length, and there is no real-time online control function, in order to achieve real-time automatic detection and control of the quality of cigarettes. This paper studies an intelligent correction device for visually detecting the length of cigarettes. The device can detect the length of cigarettes in real time and through intelligent analysis, it can quickly determine the cause of quality defects and realize automatic and precise control.
