摘　　要：目的:构建可行性强的系统化和规范化的系统性红斑狼疮合并骨质疏松症病人护理指标体系,为系统性红斑狼疮合并骨质疏松病人的护理提供借鉴和参考依据。方法:通过查阅文献、回顾案例,以相关指南为依据,初步拟定指标体系初稿。经过两轮德尔菲专家咨询,按照专家咨询意见并结合临床实践,对指标进行修改。结果:15名专家经过2轮咨询后意见趋于一致,专家权威系数为0.835;第一轮、第二轮专家咨询整体指标的重要性和可行性肯德尔(Kendall′s)和谐系数(W)值分别为0.285、0.244和0.306、0.312。构建的指标体系最终确定8个一级指标,19个二级指标,105个三级指标。结论:本研究构建的系统性红斑狼疮合并骨质疏松病人护理指标体系包括药物治疗相关指导、皮肤护理、健康教育、营养饮食干预、运动干预、生育指导、心理社会干预、疼痛护理干预。具有可靠性、科学性、实用性及针对性,对指导临床系统性红斑狼疮合并骨质疏松病人的护理具有重要意义。Objective:To construct a highly feasible,systematic,and standardized nursing index system for patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)complicated with osteoporosis so as to provide references for the nursing of SLE patients complicated with osteoporosis.Methods:By reviewing the literature and cases,the first draft of the index system was initially formulated based on the relevant guidelines.After two rounds of Delphi experts′consultation,the index was revised according to experts′advice and combined with clinical practice.Results:After two rounds of consultation,the opinions of 15 experts tended to be the same,and the expert authority coefficient was 0.835.In the first and second round of experts′consultation,Kendall′s W-values of the importance and feasibility of the overall indicators were 0.285,0.244,and 0.306,0.312,respectively.The constructed index system finally determined 8 first-level indicators,19 second-level indicators,and 105 third-level indicators.Conclusions:The nursing index system for SLE patients complicated with osteoporosis is constructed,including guidance on drug treatment,skincare,health education,dietary intervention,exercise intervention,fertility guidance,psychosocial intervention,and pain nursing intervention,which is reliable,scientific,practical,and pertinent,and is of great significance for guiding the nursing of SLE patients complicated with osteoporosis.
