摘  要:本文以中欧班列开通为准自然试验,利用2005—2018年中国地级市层面样本数据,基于多期DID模型,从区域创新视角验证了中欧班列开通的经济效应。研究结论为:中欧班列显著提升了开通区域以专利授权数度量的创新水平。该结论在经过一系列稳健性检验后依旧成立。影响机制检验表明,中欧班列开通基于区域创新系统框架下的经济增长、金融发展及政府激励等维度对区域创新产生了促进效应,从而为提升区域创新水平营造了良好的外部环境。异质性分析表明,中欧班列开通兼顾了创新广度和创新深度,并对创新效率较高、人力资本密集和东部区域具有更显著的边际影响。同时,根据“中心-外围”理论可知,中欧班列中心与外围区域发挥的创新效应存在显著差异,因此未来应继续深入推进“区域一体化”战略,更加注重探索各城市中欧班列的合作边界,打造“泛中心+多领域+宽范围”的班列合作模式,以最大限度地挖掘中欧班列经济辐射效应的潜力。This paper takes the launching of the CR-Express as a quasi-natural experiment,using samples from Chinese prefecture-level cities from 2005 to 2008,and based on the multi-period DID model,verifies the economic effects of the launching of the CR-Express from the perspective of regional innovation.The results show that the launching of CR-Express has significantly improved the innovation level measured by the number of patent grants in the launching area.This conclusion is still valid after a series of robustness tests;Besides,the impact mechanism test shows that the launching of the CR-Express is based on the framework of the regional innovation system,and through economic growth,financial development,and government policy incentives support have promoted regional innovation,thereby creating a good external environment for improving regional innova-tion levels.Analysis of heterogeneity shows that the launching of the CR-Express has not only promoted the breadth,but also the depth of innovation,and it has a more significant marginal impact on the regions of having higher innovation efficiency,human capital in-tensiveness,and on the eastern region.At the same time,according to the center-periphery theory,there are significant differences in the innovative effects of the CR-Express center and peripheral regions.Therefore,in the future,we should continue to further promote the"regional integration"strategy,and pay more attention to exploring the boundaries of coop-eration between CR-Express in various cities.Then creating a"pan-centralization+multi-field+wide-range"CR-Express cooperation model to maximize the economic radiation effects of CR-Express.
