摘 要:水力旋流器是一种利用离心力将矿浆分级的设备,也是水力分级设备的一种结构形式。水力旋流器中细粒矿物的分级效率是由分离数量曲线的形状决定的,它取决于溢流中窄粒级颗粒的回收率与其粒度的关系,同时也取决于原矿的粒度组成。磨矿回路中旋流器分级效率的降低导致分离产品相互掺杂的增加,这引起矿物和非矿物质的过磨,对获得高质量精矿造成不利,并引起有用矿物在尾矿中的不必要损失。本文通过水力旋流器的数值计算分析,获取最优参数,以提高水力旋流器的分级效率,这对水力旋流器的工业应用具有指导意义。Hydrocyclone is a kind of equipment that uses centrifugal force to classify ore pulp,and it is also a structural form of hydraulic classification equipment.The classification efficiency of fine-grained minerals in the hydrocyclone is determined by the shape of the separation quantity curve,which depends on the relationship between the recovery rate of narrow-grained particles in the overflow and their particle size,and it also depends on the particle size composition of the original ore.The reduction in the classification efficiency of the cyclone in the grinding circuit leads to an increase in the intermixing of the separated products,which causes over-grinding of minerals and non-minerals,which is detrimental to obtaining high-quality concentrates and causes unnecessary loss of useful minerals in the tailings.In this paper,through the numerical calculation and analysis of the hydrocyclone,the optimal parameters are obtained to improve the classification efficiency of the hydrocyclone,which has guiding significance for the industrial application of the hydrocyclone.
