摘　　要：Simba_H1354凿岩台车是安徽开发矿业有限公司从国外引进的中深孔凿岩钻孔设备,随着使用年限增长,因液压工作系统故障,其存在凿岩效率低、备件消耗成本高等问题。本文针对问题进行分析,提出采用双电机泵系统对工作液压系统进行改进的方案,解决了存在的问题,并创造了显著的经济效益。Simba_H1354 rock drilling rig is a medium and deep hole rock drilling equipment imported from abroad by Anhui Development Mining Co.,Ltd.,as the service life increases,due to the failure of the hydraulic working system,there are problems such as low drilling efficiency and high cost of spare parts consumption.This paper analyzes the problem and proposes a solution to improve the working hydraulic system by using a dual-motor pump system,which solves the existing problems and creates significant economic benefits.
