中水回用技术在垃圾焚烧发电厂的应用

摘　　要：本研究以某生活垃圾焚烧发电厂的中水回用工程为例,介绍了以"市政中水+热交换器+多介质过滤器+活性炭过滤器+反渗透(RO)+一级反渗透(RO)+二级反渗透(RO)+EDI(是一种将电渗析和离子交换相结合的连续电除盐净水脱盐新工艺)精处理"为主的处理工艺。该垃圾焚烧发电厂回用市政中水的运行实践表明,以市政中水代替地表水作为生产用水的水源,经过该工艺处理后,出水能满足生活垃圾焚烧发电厂工业用水、循环水补水及锅炉补给水对水质的要求,这对垃圾焚烧发电企业生产用水的水源选择具有借鉴意义。Taking the reclaimed water reuse project of a domestic waste incineration power plant as an example,this study introduces the"municipal reclaimed water+heat exchanger+multi-media filter+activated carbon filter+reverse osmosis(RO)+primary reverse osmosis(RO)+secondary reverse osmosis(RO)+EDI(it is a new process of continuous electric desalination and water purification that combines electrodialysis and ion exchange)fine processing"-based processing technology.The operation practice of the waste incineration power plant to reuse municipal reclaimed water shows that municipal reclaimed water is used as the source of production water instead of surface water,after the process is processed,the effluent can meet the water quality requirements of industrial water,circulating water make-up water and boiler make-up water for domestic waste incineration power plants,which has reference significance for the selection of water source for production water for waste incineration power generation enterprises.
