摘 要:本研究对传统的小型污水处理系统进行优化设计,减少污水生化处理单元的能耗,同时满足生化处理要求,降低污水生化处理单元的运行成本。其间通过优化污水处理池结构,并改变污水生化处理单元的搅拌与回流方式,减少动能设备的使用,实现节能效果。利用一池一体化设计,在大幅降低能耗的同时满足常规污水处理系统的生化处理要求。本设计主要解决传统污水处理厂污水处理工艺--AO工艺所存在的3个耗能问题,据估算,年均减少8.8亿kW·h耗电量。This research optimizes the design of the traditional small sewage treatment system to reduce the energy consumption of the sewage biochemical treatment unit,while meeting the biochemical treatment requirements and reducing the operating cost of the sewage biochemical treatment unit.In the meantime,by optimizing the structure of the sewage treatment tank,and changing the mixing and return mode of the sewage biochemical treatment unit,the use of kinetic energy equipment is reduced,and the effect of energy saving is realized.The use of a tank integrated design can greatly reduce energy consumption while meeting the biochemical treatment requirements of conventional sewage treatment systems.This design mainly solves three energy consumption problems existing in the sewage treatment process--AO process of traditional sewage treatment plants,according to estimates,the average annual reduction in power consumption is 880 million kW·h.
