公司治理、技术创新与企业绩效——基于长三角地区上市公司的经验证据

摘　　要：文章选取长三角地区电子设备制造业上市公司的数据为样本,分析长三角地区电子设备制造业上市企业公司治理、技术创新与企业绩效的关系,研究结果表明,企业研究投入对企业绩效增长起积极作用;独立董事比例与高管持股比例对企业绩效产生积极影响,且具有显著性;两职分离、股权集中度和政府补贴对企业绩效几乎没有影响。By selecting the data of listed electronic equipment manufacturing companies in the Yangtze River Delta region as a sample,the relationship between corporate governance,technological innovation and corporate performance of listed electronic equipment manufacturing companies in the Yangtze River Delta region is analyzed.The research results show that corporate research investment contributes to corporate performance growth;the proportion of independent directors and the proportion of senior management’s shareholding has a positive impact on corporate performance and is significant;the separation of two positions,the concentration of equity and government subsidies have almost no impact on corporate performance.
