摘　　要：加强学习型基层党组织建设是全面贯彻落实新时代中国特色社会主义思想,全面落实从严治党的总体要求。然而医院学习型基层党组织建设存在理论学习浮于表面、参加学习时间太少、理论知识与实际工作结合不够紧密、学习形式和方法有待进一步创新等问题。因此,医院要从加强组织宣传动员、强化政治理论学习、完善考核竞争机制、注重理论指导实际、创新学习载体和方法等方面积极推进学习型基层党组织建设,探索适合医院基层党组织党员的有效学习路径及学习方法,建立基层党组织长效学习机制。Strengthening the building of learning-oriented community-level Party organizations is the overall requirement for comprehensively implementing the Thought on Socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era and comprehensively governing the Party with strict discipline.However,there are construction problems of learning-oriented grass-roots Party organizations in hospitals,such as superficial theoretical learning,too little learning time,insufficient combination of theoretical knowledge and practical work,and the lack of innovation in learning forms and methods.Therefore,the hospital should strengthen the organization propaganda mobilization,strengthen political theory learning,improve the assessment competition mechanism,pay attention to theory guidance practical,and innovate learning carrier and methods so as to actively promote learning grassroots Party organization construction,explore effective learning path and learning method suitable for hospital grass-roots Party organizations,and establish long-term learning mechanism for grass-roots Party organization.
