省级中医重点专科医疗质量两种方法评价结果比较

摘　　要：目的 对某中医医院2014—2019年6个省级中医重点专科医疗业务数据进行分析与评价,为后续进一步深化省级中医重点专科医疗质量提升提供参考与建议。方法 利用TOPSIS法和RSR法模糊联合,对2014—2019年某中医医院6个省级中医重点专科9项指标进行综合分析。结果 在2014—2019年中,2019年为医疗质量提升最佳时段,2015年为医疗质量提升滞后时段。结论 6个省级中医重点专科综合医疗质量呈逐年提高趋势,但仍需进一步完善质量控制体系和专科服务结构。Objective The medical service data of 6 provincial key TCM specialties in a TCM hospital from 2014 to 2019 were analyzed and evaluated,providing reference and suggestions for further deepening the medical quality improvement of provincial key TCM specialties.Methods The fuzzy combination of TOPSIS and RSR method was used to comprehensively analyze 9 indexes of 6 provincial TCM key specialties in a TCM hospital from 2014 to 2019.Results From 2014 to 2019,2019 was the best time for medical quality improvement,and 2015 was the lag time for medical quality improvement.Conclusion The comprehensive medical quality of the 6 provincial key TCM specialties is improving year by year,but the quality control system and specialty service structure still need to be further improved.
