摘　　要：随着精准外科和微创外科时代的到来,与肿瘤消融技术相关的手术及操作迅速发展。目前,已有多项研究证实了肿瘤消融治疗的安全性和有效性。消融治疗手段包括射频消融、高强度聚焦超声消融、微波消融、冷冻消融、激光消融和不可逆电穿孔等,对于不同类型的肿瘤,消融手术的应用情况不尽相同。本文对各种肿瘤消融手术的编码进行总结并结合案例分析。目的是为医务工作者应用各种肿瘤消融手术编码提供有价值意义的参考,为各级医疗数据以及DRGs绩效及付费提供重要来源,为医院信息化管理提供更有价值的信息数据。With the advent of precision surgery and minimally invasive surgery,surgery and operations related to tumor ablation technology have developed rapidly.At present,many studies have confirmed the safety and effectiveness of tumor ablation therapy.Ablation methods include radiofrequency ablation,microwave ablation,high-intensity focused ultrasound ablation and cryoablation,etc.For different types of tumors,the application of ablation varies.In this paper,the codes of various tumor ablation procedures are summarized and case studies are combined.The purpose is to provide valuable reference for medical workers to apply the coding of various tumor ablation surgeries,to provide an important source of medical data at all levels and DRGs performance and payment,and to provide more valuable information data for hospital information management.
