摘　　要：近年来一系列政策性文件在优化科研项目、科研经费管理工作的同时,也明确提出了要提高科研项目、科研经费管理信息化水平。因此,如何利用信息化技术提高科研管理工作效率,为科研人员减负,推动科研工作进一步发展,已经成为科研单位必须面临的重要课题。宁夏回族自治区人民医院基于办公自动化系统(OA)开发建设了全流程科研管理模块,探索构建覆盖科研活动全过程的管理与服务体系,将科研项目申报、中期、经费报销、物资采购、结题验收以及科研成果等全部实现信息化管理,改善科研管理模式和运行机制,达到科研管理精细化的目标。In recent years,a series of policy documents,while optimizing the management of scientific research projects and research funds,also clearly put forward the need to improve the level of informatization in the management of scientific research projects and research funds.Therefore,how to use information technology to improve the efficiency of scientific research management,reduce the burden for researchers and promote the further development of scientific research has become an important issue that scientific research units must face.Based on the OA office system,People’s Hospital of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region has developed and built a whole-process scientific research management model to explore the construction of a management and service system covering the whole process of scientific research activities,to realize the information management of scientific research project declaration,mid-term,funding reimbursement,material procurement,final acceptance and scientific research results,to improve the scientific research management model and operation mechanism,and to achieve the goal of refinement of scientific research management.
