益气养阴活血法治疗心房颤动经验浅析

摘　　要：心房颤动是临床上最常见的心律失常疾病之一,在中医上可归属于"心悸"病,病位主要在心,与肾、脾两脏密切相关。心房颤动在老年患者中易发生,以气阴亏虚证多见,或兼有血瘀、痰浊等,治疗上益气养阴以治本,活血通脉以治标,同时顾护脾肾,临床反馈较佳。Atrial fibrillation is one of the most common arrhythmia diseases in clinical practice,which can be attributed to palpitation in TCM medicine.The disease is mainly located in the heart,and is closely related to the kidney and spleen.Atrial fibrillation is prone to occur in the elderly,and most of the syndrome types are Qi(气)and Yin(阴)deficiency syndrome,or also combined with blood stasis,phlegm turbidity,etc..In clinic,the therapy of replenishing Qi,nourishing Yin,promoting blood circulation and dredging the channels was applied,while protecting the spleen and kidney was not ignored,and the clinical feedback is better.
