五苓散与五苓汤治疗肾病综合征水湿内停证对蛋白定量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究对水湿内停证肾病综合征患者施行五苓散、五苓汤治疗的效果。方法:随机将2018年2月-2019年10月云南省楚雄州中医医院68例水湿内停证肾病综合征患者分为观察组(34例,施行五苓散治疗)、对照组(34例,施行五苓汤治疗)。对比两组治疗总有效率、尿量、体质量、24 h蛋白尿定量、白蛋白水平、中医症状积分情况及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组的总有效率和对照组无显著差异,P>0.05;观察组治疗后尿量比对照组多,P<0.05,但治疗后两组患者的体质量无显著差异,P>0.05;观察组治疗后24 h蛋白尿定量、白蛋白水平和对照组无显著差异,P>0.05;两组不良反应发生率无显著差异,P>0.05;观察组治疗后水肿积分比对照组低,P<0.05,但两组患者的烦渴欲饮积分无显著差异,P>0.05。结论:五苓散、五苓汤治疗水湿内停证肾病综合征均可获得较好的疗效,有助于降低24 h蛋白尿定量,但五苓散的利水消肿作用更优。Objective:To explore the effects of Wuling San(五苓散)and the Wuling decoction(五苓汤)on protein quantitative of the dampness internal stagnation type nephrotic syndrome patients.Methods:68 cases in the hospital from February 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into the observation group(34 cases,took Wuling San)and the control group(34 cases,received the Wuling decoction).Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the total efficiency between the two groups,P>0.05.The urine output in the observation group after treatment was more than that in the control group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in weight between the two groups after treatment,P>0.05.There was no significant difference in 24-hour proteinuria quantification and albumin level after treatment between the two groups,P>0.05.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,P>0.05.The edema score after treatment in the observation group was lower than the control group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in the scores of polydipsia and desire to drink between the two groups,P>0.05.Conclusion:Wuling San and the Wuling decoction can both gain better clinical effect on the dampness internal stagnation type nephrotic syndrome patients,which can help to reduce the 24-hour proteinuria quantification,but Wuling San shows a better effect on diuresis and swelling.
