摘  要:煮茧过程中,传统的循环煮茧机通过盲管保温、孔管喷射蒸汽方法使蚕茧吐水蒸煮,因此吐水温度高。减压自动煮茧机通过"真空+蒸汽"为主导的方法,真空对蒸汽起到导流作用,将蒸汽热能传递到茧层内部,大幅度降低了吐水温度,保护了蚕茧外层,提高了煮茧质量。介绍了减压自动煮茧机吐水蒸煮技术及控制方法,在生产中提高生丝质量、降低原料茧耗。In the process of cocoon cooking,the traditional circulating cocoon cooking machine made the cocoon spit through blind pipe insulation and ported sub uperize,so the temperature of cocoon cavity guttation was high.The decompression automatic cocoon cooking machine adopted the method dominated by"vacuum+steam".Vacuum played a guiding role,it conducted the steam energy into cocoon internal layer,helped to reduce the temperature of cocoon cavity guttation,protected the cocoon outer layer,and enhanced the quality of cocoon cooking.The technology and the control method of cooking for cocoon cavity guttation with the equipment of decompressed automatic cocoon-cooking were introduced.
