摘　　要：首先介绍了5G接入与移动性管理策略引入的背景,然后基于现有标准,探讨了几种可实际操作的接入与移动性管理策略增强的应用场景及不同应用场景间的联系,再进一步结合应用场景分析可行的解决方案,最后对接入与移动性管理策略增强标准进展以及后续研究重点进行了阐述。运营商实施多种类型策略控制,以满足应用场景和行业业务多样化的需求,在后续5G-Advanced的研究中,策略增强仍会是关注的焦点。This article first introduces the background of 5G access and mobility management policy, then discusses several practical application scenarios of access and mobility management enhancement based on the 3GPP standard, and also the relationship among the scenarios. Furthermore, the possible solutions for the scenarios are analyzed. Finally, the progress of the standardization of access and mobility management enhancement, and the key technical subjects for subsequent research are described. Mobile network operators could apply different kinds of policy control to fulfill different requirements from different uses cases and different industries. Policy control enhancement would continue to be the focus in the following research of 5G-Advanced.
