摘 要:通过共混和冻融循环法制备了聚乙烯醇(PVA)/乙二醇(EG)/氧化石墨烯(GO)/聚苯胺(PANI)复合水凝胶。并采用红外光谱(FTIR)、电子扫描显微镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、万能电子试验机和电化学工作站等手段对复合凝胶的微观结构、力学性能以及导电性能进行了研究。所获得的复合水凝胶的拉伸强度随着EG含量的增加而增强;复合水凝胶的电导率随着GO含量的增加呈先增大后减小的趋势。该复合凝胶在-20℃仍保持良好的柔韧性和电导率(5.93±0.55)S/m。同时,利用该水凝胶制作了一种简单的应变传感器,能够有效地检测人体的微小运动。PVA/EG/GO/PANI conductive composite hydrogel were prepared by mixing and freeze-thaw cycle.And the microstructure,mechanical prope-rties and electrical conductivity of composite hydrogel were studied by infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),electron scanning microscope(SEM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),universal electronic testing machine and electrochemical workstation.The tensile strength of proposed hydrogel increases with the increase of EG content and the hydrogel conductivity increases first and then decreases with the increase of GO content.The hydrogel maintained good flexibility and conductivity(5.93±0.55)S/m at-20℃.Meanwhile,a simple strain transducer was fabricated using the hydrogel can effectively detect the tiny motion of the human body.
