盐酸坦索罗辛配合钬激光治疗大体积前列腺增生症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究盐酸坦索罗辛配合钬激光治疗大体积前列腺增生症的疗效。方法选取广州市中西医结合医院2018年4月~2020年3月44例大体积前列腺增生症患者为对象,22例参照组患者应用经尿道钬激光前列腺剜除术治疗,22例研究组患者在参照组基础上再添加盐酸坦索罗辛治疗,对比治疗效果。结果研究组患者治疗后残余尿量、前列腺体积与参照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组患者治疗后IPSS评分优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对于治疗后生活质量,研究组评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大体积前列腺增生症患者采用盐酸坦索罗辛配合钬激光治疗治疗显著效果,不仅能有效消除临床症状,改善前列腺功能,提高治疗有效率,还可改善患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the efficacy of tamsulosin hydrochloride combined with titanium laser in the treatment of massive benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods Selected 44 patients with massive benign prostatic hyperplasia from April 2018 to March 2020 in Guangzhou Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital as subjects,22 patients in the reference group were treated with transurethral holmium laser enucleation of the prostate,22 patients in the study group were treated with tamsulosin hydrochloride on the basis of the reference group,to compare treatment effects.Results The differences of residual urine volume and prostate volume of the patients in the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The IPSS score of the patients in the study group was better than the reference group after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).For the quality of life after treatment,the score of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with massive benign prostatic hyperplasia with tamsulosin hydrochloride combined with titanium laser can not only effectively eliminate clinical symptoms,improve prostate function,increase treatment efficiency,but also improve the patient’s quality of life.
