清肺贴联合孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效及对血清炎症因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨清肺贴联合孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的疗效及对血清炎症因子水平的影响。方法选取2019年3月~2020年1月北京市大兴区妇幼保健院收治的120例CVA患儿,随机分为研究组与对照组,各60例。对照组给予孟鲁司特钠治疗,研究组给予清肺贴联合孟鲁司特钠治疗,两组均连续治疗3个月。评价两组治疗前后的中医症候积分、临床疗效、血清炎症因子水平及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组中医症候积分均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为96.67%(58/60),高于对照组的治疗总有效率85.00%(51/60)(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组与对照组不良反应发生率分别为8.33%(5/60)、6.67%(4/60),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论清肺贴与孟鲁司特钠联合治疗儿童CVA在改善患儿临床症状,降低血清PCT、CRP水平方面均具有一定效果,且不良反应发生率低,安全性良好。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Qingfei Paste combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma(CVA)and its effect on the level of serum inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 120 children with CVA admitted to the Daxing District Maternity and Child Health Hospital in Beijing from March 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with montelukast sodium,and the study group was treated with Qingfei Paste combined with montelukast sodium.Both groups got 3 months treatments.The TCM symptom score,clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory factors levels,and occurrence of adverse reactions were evaluated.Results After treatment,the TCM symptom score of the two groups were reduced,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.67%(58/60),which was higher than the total effective rate of 85.00%(51/60)in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum PCT and CRP levels of the two groups decreased,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group and the control group were 8.33%(5/60)and 6.67%(4/60),respectively,and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Qingfei Paste and montelukast sodium in the treatment of children’s CVA has a certain effect in improving the clinical symptoms of children,reducing serum PCT and CRP levels,and has a low incidence of adverse reactions and good safety.
