摘  要:目的检测维持性血液透析患者成纤维细胞生长因子-23(FGF-23)和桡动脉骨形态蛋白-2(BMP-2)的表达,探讨其与桡动脉钙化(VC)的相关性。方法选取46例血液透析患者为研究对象,钙化组21例,非钙化组25例。桡动脉标本为自体动静脉内瘘手术端-端吻合时留取,行HE染色检测有无钙化,并计算钙化积分;免疫组织化学检测桡动脉BMP-2的表达,测定两组血清FGF-23、血红蛋白(Hb)、钙(Ca)、磷(P)、全段PTH(iPTH)、血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(CH)、尿酸(UA)水平,并对两组之间的性别、年龄、血压、进行比较。结果钙化组血清Ca、P、iPTH、FGF-23、BMP-2表达水平明显高于非钙化组(P<0.05);两组患者年龄、性别及血压差异无统计学意义,钙化组桡动脉脉钙化程度与BMP-2、FGF-23、血钙、血磷呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论血液透析患者普遍存在桡动脉钙化,FGF-23、BMP-2与桡动脉钙化呈正相关。Objective To detect the expression of fibroblast growth factor-23(FGF-23)and radial artery bone morphogenetic protein-2(BMP-2)in maintenance hemodialysis patients,and to explore their correlation with radial artery calcification(VC).Methods 46 hemodialysis patients were selected as the research objects,21 cases in calcification group and 25 cases in non calcification group.The radial artery specimens were taken during the end-toend anastomosis of autologous arteriovenous fistula.HE staining was used to detect whether there was calcification and calculate the calcification score;The expression of BMP-2 in radial artery was detected by immunohistochemistry.The levels of serum FGF-23,hemoglobin(HB),calcium(CA),phosphorus(P),whole PTH(iPTH),serum creatinine(SCR),urea nitrogen(BUN),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(CH)and uric acid(UA)were measured,and the gender,age,blood pressure and dialysis age between the two groups were compared.Results The levels of serum Ca,P,iPTH and FGF-23,BMP-2 in the calcification group were significantly higher than those in the non calcification group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in age,sex and blood pressure between the two groups.The degree of radial artery calcification in the calcification group was positively correlated with BMP-2,FGF-23、blood calcium and blood phosphorus(P<0.05).Conclusion Radial artery calcification is common in hemodialysis patients,and FGF-23 and BMP-2 are positively correlated with radial artery calcification.
