摘 要:对称介质层结构在实际生活中比较常见,特别是有耗情形居多,例如许多人工材料以及吸波材料,为了掌握这些结构的电磁传输效应,需要研究其电磁反射和透射特性。针对这种结构的特性,采用等效四端网络法研究了有耗对称介质层结构的反射特性。该方法借鉴传输线理论和传播矩阵的思想,将平面电磁波在有耗对称介质层的传输等效为四端网络,实现了对层状界面矩阵的简化处理,只考虑空间相位矩阵。相比于传播矩阵法,减少了矩阵连乘的数量,从而降低计算量,实现了反射系数的快速计算。文中光子晶体算例中,等效四端网络法的计算效率相比于传播矩阵法提升超过10倍,且传播矩阵法所用时间较长。仿真算例说明,对比传播矩阵法和FDTD方法计算结果,等效四端网络法所得结果是合理的,在计算多个频点或者宽频带时,计算效率远高于传播矩阵法。Symmetrical dielectric layer structures are quite common in real life,especially the case of loss being in the majority,such as many artificial materials and absorbing materials.In order to grasp the electromagnetic transmission effect of these structures,it is necessary to study their electromagnetic reflection and transmission characteristics.Aiming at the properties of this structure,the equivalent four-terminal network method is used to study the reflection characteristics of the lossy symmetrical dielectric layer structure.By drawing lessons from transmission line theory and the idea of propagation matrix,this method realizes the simplified processing of the layered interface matrix,and only considers the spatial phase matrix by the way that the transmission of plane electromagnetic waves in a lossy symmetrical medium layer is equivalent to a four-terminal network.Compared with the propagation matrix method,the number of matrix multiplications is reduced,thereby reducing the amount of calculation and realizing rapid calculation of the reflection coefficient.In the photonic crystal example of the article,the calculation efficiency of the equivalent four-terminal network method is increased by more than 10 times compared with the propagation matrix method,and the time the propagation matrix method takes has exceeded 1 hour.Simulation examples show that the results obtained by the four-terminal network method are consistent with the calculated results of the propagation matrix method and the FDTD method,and that the calculation efficiency is much higher than that of the propagation matrix method when calculating multiple frequency points or broadband.
