摘 要:目的:比较传统润药法和真空蒸汽润药法对不同产地黄芩饮片质量的影响,并优选真空蒸汽润药法的最佳工艺。方法:采用传统润药法和真空蒸汽润药法分别对8个不同产地黄芩药材进行炮制加工,并对制得黄芩饮片的外观性状、水分、灰分、浸出物含量和黄芩苷含量进行比较;以外观性状评分和黄芩苷含量为评价指标,采用正交试验设计优选黄芩药材的最佳真空蒸汽润药工艺。结果:真空蒸汽润药法制备的不同产地黄芩饮片在外观性状评分上均高于传统润药法,具体呈现为深黄棕色、类圆形薄片,切面平整有光泽;水分和灰分值均低于传统润药法,浸出物含量和黄芩苷含量均高于传统润药法。正交试验得到黄芩药材的最佳真空蒸汽润药工艺为真空时间40 min,软化时间30 min,软化温度70℃,3次平行试验证实该工艺稳定可行。结论:真空蒸汽润药法工艺简便,能够在较短时间内使黄芩药材软化,制得的黄芩饮片外观性状较佳,含水量低且有效成分含量高,本研究可为中药饮片炮制技术的进一步优化提供参考。Objective:To compare the effects of traditional and vacuum steam moistening medicine methods on the quality of Scutellaria baicalensis slices from different regions,thus to optimize the process of vacuum steam moistening medicine method.Methods:The traditional and vacuum steam moistening medicine methods were used to process Scutellaria baicalensis from 8 different regions,and the appearance characteristics,moisture content,ash content,extract content and baicalin content of the medicinal slices were compared.With the appearance characteristics score and baicalin content as evaluation indexes,the optimal process of vacuum steam moistening medicine method of Scutellaria baicalensis slices was optimized by orthogonal design.Results:The appearance characteristics score of Scutellaria baicalensis slices prepared by the vacuum steam moistening medicine method was significantly higher than that prepared by the traditional moistening medicine method,showing dark yellow and brown,thin and resembling a circle slices,with smooth and shiny cutting surface.The moisture content and ash content were significantly lower than those of the traditional moisturizing method,whereas the extract content and baicalin content were significantly higher than those of the traditional moistening method.Orthogonal test showed that the optimal vacuum steam moistening medicine process of Scutellaria baicalensis was 40 min vacuum and 30 min softening under 70℃softening temperature.Three parallel experiments proved that this process was stable and feasible.Conclusion:The vacuum steam moistening medicine method is simple and can soften Scutellaria baicalensis in a short period of time.Scutellaria baicalensis slices prepared by this method has better appearance characteristics,lower moisture content and higher active ingredient content.This study provided reference for the further optimization of Chinese medicinal slices preparation.
