摘　　要：目的:运用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)研究燕京外科流派治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎经验及用药规律,为本病治疗及研究提供参考。方法:整理2019年1月—2019年6月北京中医医院燕京外科流派名家传承人(具有高级职称)治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎的方剂,所有肉芽肿性乳腺炎诊断均经病理进行确诊,将符合标准的处方录入中医传承辅助平台,通过对药物四气、五味、归经、功效、药物使用频次、用药模式等模块进行数据挖掘,最终得到燕京外科流派治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎的处方用药规律。结果:四气中寒性及平性使用最频,五味中苦味及甘味使用最多,归经中肝经及脾经比例最高,功效统计中补气药及清热解毒药最常用,使用频次最高的12味药物分别为茯苓、赤芍、蒲公英、丝瓜络、陈皮、白芍、连翘、黄芪、甘草、柴胡、白术、山楂。结论:根据数据挖掘结果充分体现了燕京名家在治疗上确立"疏肝清热,健脾益气"的治疗总则,临床上本病辨证以阳证为主,使用清消之法治疗。Objective:To study the experience and medication rules of Yanjing surgery school in the treatment of granulomatous mastitis by using the TCM inheritance aid platform(V2.5),so as to provide reference for the treatment and research of this disease.Methods:Prescriptions prescribed by Yanjing surgical genre distinguished people(with senior titles)were arranged from January 2019 to June 2019 in Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,granulomatous mastitis diagnosis were all confirmed by pathology,and the prescriptions conformed to the standard were input into the TCM inheritance aid platform.Through data mining of the properties,tastes,channel tropism,efficacy,frequency and patterns of drug use,the medication rules of Yanjing surgery school in treating granulomatous mastitis were obtained finally.Results:The most frequently existing properties were cold and placid,and bitter and sweet dominated existing tastes.The top two channel tropism were Liver and Spleen meridians.In terms of efficacy statistics,drugs with the actions of invigorating Qi and clearing heat were the most commonly used.The 12 drugs with the highest frequency of use were poria cocos,red peony,dandelion,loofah,orange peel,white peony,forsythia,astragalus,liquorice,bupleurum,atractylodes and hawthorn.Conclusion:According to the data mining results,the general principles of‘soothing Liver and clearing heat,strengthening Spleen and invigorating Qi’established by famous Yanjing doctors are fully reflected in the treatment principles.Clinically,Yang syndrome is the main syndrome of this disease,and clearing and eliminating methods are used for the treatment.
