摘　　要：古代中医医案是历代医家临床诊疗经验及其学术思想的载体,是中医传承发展的宝贵财富。古代中医医案整理是发挥医案再利用价值的根本保障。数据库技术是古代中医医案整理的核心技术,为医案数字化资源建设提供了高效、便捷的数据组织、存储、共享的方法。本文在概述古代中医医案的发展和传统整理方法基础上,从数据采集研究、数据模型研究和数据基础研究三个方面着手,对数据库技术在古代中医医案整理中的应用研究进行综述,梳理数据采集平台和方法、中央数据库和知识库、结构化语义表示和转换、数据规范化处理等研究进展,并对未来应用研究进行思考,以期为古代中医医案的整理及其再利用提供有益的参考和借鉴。Ancient Chinese medical records are carriers of the clinical experience and academic thought of the doctors in all dynasties,and are the precious resources of TCM inheritance and development.The collation of the medical records of ancient Chinese medicine is the fundamental guarantee to give full play to the reuse value.As a core collation technology to collate medical records of ancient Chinese medicine,the database technology provides an efficient and convenient method of data organization,storage and sharing for the construction of digital resources of medical records.On the basis of expounding on the development and the traditional collation methods,the application researches of database technology in the collation of ancient Chinese medical records were summarized from three aspects of data acquisition research,data model research and data foundation research.The research progress was straightened out,which mostly involves data acquisition platform and method,central database,knowledge base,structured semantic representation and transformation,standardized treatment and the future application research was thought about,aiming to provide the beneficial reference for collation and reuse of ancient Chinese medical records.
