摘 要:目的:探讨学龄期恶性肿瘤患儿结束化疗后回归家庭和社会的心理体验。方法:采用目的抽样法,选取2019年6月至2020年12月结束化疗后3~12个月的10例学龄期恶性肿瘤患儿进行半结构式访谈,应用colaizzi现象学7步分析法分析资料。结果:通过聆听、交谈、分析和提炼,归纳出学龄期恶性肿瘤患儿结束化疗后来院复查的复杂心情、上学后的复杂心理体验、对疾病知识的渴望3个主题。结论:学龄期恶性肿瘤患儿结束化疗后回归家庭和社会的心理体验呈复杂性,医护人员应该根据患儿的不同心理特点提供个性化的护理,帮助患儿更好地学习和生活。Objective:To explore the psychological experience of returning to family and society after chemotherapy in school-aged children with cancer.Methods:Objective sampling method was used to select 10 school-aged children with cancer in 3 to 12 months after chemotherapy from June 2019 to December 2020.Semi-structured interviews were conducted,and data were analyzed by 7-step Colaizzi phenomenology analysis method.Results:Three themes of psychological experience of school-aged children with cancer after chemotherapy were summarized:complicated mood of returning to the hospital for re-examination after chemotherapy,complicated psychological experience in returning school,desire for disease knowledge.Conclusion:The school-aged children with cancer experienced complicated psychological experience in the process of returning to family and society after chemotherapy,medical staff should provide personalized care to help them to study and live well.
