摘  要:水库上游兴建水利工程会降低水库洪水预报信息的可利用性。以碧流河水库为例,分析上游水利工程的修建对碧流河水库的洪水过程产生的影响,结合流域的前期土壤含水量等资料,从产流和汇流两个方面对水库的洪水预报模型改进,并对流域的场次洪水进行模拟,验证改进模型的可行性。结果表明,改进模型能够有效地概化玉石水库的截留与调蓄作用,水库洪水预报信息的可利用性得到了有效的提升。The construction of water conservancy projects upstream of the reservoir may reduce the availability of reservoir flood forecast information.Taking the Biliuhe Reservoir as an example,the impact of the construction of upstream water conservancy project on the flooding process of Biliuhe Reservoir is analyzed.Combining with the previous soil water content and other data in the basin,the flood forecasting model for the reservoir from both runoff and confluence is improved,and the floods in the basin are simulated to verify the feasibility of improved model.The results show that the improved model can effectively generalize the interception and regulation of the Yushi Reservoir,and the availability of reservoir flood forecast information has been effectively improved.
