摘  要:现行地质超前预报多用于铁路、公路等线状工程,适用于抽水蓄能项目地下洞室的地质预报方法及仪器设备较少,预报体系也未建立起来。抽水蓄能项目复杂多变的地质条件,导致隧道施工常遇到地质条件与勘察设计不符、围岩条件变化较大以及出现突发性地质灾害等情况,但由于各种条件的限制,多种地质预报方法不太适应抽水蓄能项目。为尽可能减少地质预报出现的偏差并提高预报准确率,针对抽水蓄能电站地下洞室建立了“三阶段、四原则、五级风险、四级预报”和多种预报方法相结合的综合地质超前预报体系,并成功应用于哈密、镇安抽水蓄能电站中,取得了良好的效果。The current geological advanced forecasts are mostly used in linear projects such as railway and highway projects.There are few geological forecast methods and equipments suitable for the geological forecast of underground caverns of pumped-storage power station projects,and the forecast system for underground caverns has not been established.As the complex and changeable geological conditions of pumped-storage power station projects,some issues often appeared in tunnel constructions,including the geological conditions inconsistent with the survey design,large changes in surrounding rock conditions,and sudden geological disasters.However,due to the limits of conditions,many geological forecast methods are not suitable for pumped-storage power station projects.In order to minimize the deviation of geological forecasts and improve the accuracy of forecasting,a comprehensive geological advanced system of“Three stages,four principles,five levels of risk and four levels of forecast,and a combination of multiple forecast methods”has been established for the underground caverns of pumped-storage power station projects.This advanced forecast system has been successfully applied to Hami Pumped-storage Power Station and Zhen an Pumped-storage Power Station projects,and has achieved good results.
