摘 要:大型地下工程具有规模大、地质条件复杂、交叉施工多等特点,施工安全与质量管控难度大、风险高。基于对水电站大型地下工程施工安全与质量管控风险的分析,建立了地下工程施工智能管控系统的体系架构,研究了工程安全智能监测、人员车辆安全智能管控、混凝土施工质量智能管控、质量数字化验评及趋势分析预警等关键技术,为大型地下工程的施工安全与质量风险管控提供了智能化管控方案。该施工智能管控系统在双江口水电站引水发电与泄洪系统的施工过程中得到了成功应用。Large-scale underground engineering is often characterized by large scale,complex geological conditions and multiple cross-constructions,which has significant construction safety and quality control risks.Based on the analysis of construction safety and quality control risk for large-scale underground engineering,the technical architecture of intelligent construction safety and quality control system is established,and some key technologies on intelligent safety monitoring,intelligent vehicle surveillance and personnel monitoring,intelligent control of concrete quality,digital inspection of construction quality,and trend analysis and early warning are studied,which provides an intelligent management and control plan for the construction safety and quality risk control of large-scale underground engineering.The developed intelligent control system has been successfully applied in the construction process of water diversion and power generation system and flood discharge system of Shuangjiangkou Hydropower Station.
