摘 要:转轮作为水轮机能量转换的关键部件,水电制造企业一直在寻求设计、工艺技术的改进,以提高其制造精度,追求转轮零配重更是其中一项重要的指标。转轮制造流程虽有完备的工艺与技术保障,但想实现转轮制造的零配重,还是有很大的技术难度。通过对白鹤滩转轮制造全过程质量检测与见证,对工艺数据和主要过程的严格管控分析,实现了白鹤滩长短叶片转轮零配重制造,为零配重或少配重转轮制造关键技术提供了参考借鉴。The runner of hydro turbine is a key component of energy conversion. Hydropower manufacturing enterprises have been seeking design and process technology improvements to improve the manufacturing accuracy of runner, and the pursuit of runner zero-counterweight is one of the important indicators. Although the runner manufacturing process has a complete process and technical support, it is still very difficult to achieve the zero-counterweight manufacturing of runner. Through the quality testing and inspection in the whole process of runner manufacturing of Baihetan Hydropower Station, and the strict control analysis of process data and main processes, the zero-counterweight manufacturing of turbine runner with long-by-short blade in Baihetan Hydropower Station is realized, which can provide references for the key technology of zero-counterweight or less counterweight runner manufacturing.
