摘  要:目的探讨妊娠期营养干预预防婴儿营养性贫血的临床效果。方法选取2020年5月至2021年3月在本院产检的贫血孕妇500例,随机将其分为对照组与研究组,各250例。对照组给予常规孕期保健干预,研究组在对照组基础上给予妊娠期营养干预。比较两组的不良妊娠发生情况、生产方式、并发症发生情况以及婴儿6月龄时的血红蛋白(Hb)水平与孕妇分娩后的血清铁蛋白(SF)水平。分析两组孕妇的缺铁性贫血相关知识掌握情况以及喂养方式。结果研究组的婴儿营养性贫血、体重过低、新生儿窒息、早产发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的顺产率高于对照组,剖宫产率、产后出血、胎膜早破、妊高症、羊水过少发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组婴儿6月龄时的Hb水平及孕妇分娩后的SF水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组对缺铁性贫血基础知识、改善方法及对于婴幼儿的影响的掌握率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的母乳喂养率高于对照组,人工喂养率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期营养干预可以降低婴儿营养性贫血、体重过低、新生儿窒息、早产的发生率,降低孕妇的剖宫产率和并发症发生率,改善婴儿的Hb水平及孕妇的SF水平,提高母乳喂养率。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nutritional intervention during pregnancy on the prevention of infant nutritional anemia.Methods A total of 500 pregnant women with anemia examined in our hospital from May 2020 to March 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 250 cases in each group.The control group was given routine pregnancy health care intervention,and the study group was given nutritional intervention during pregnancy on the basis of the control group.The incidence of adverse pregnancy,mode of production,complications,hemoglobin(Hb) level of infants at 6 months old and serum ferritin(SF) level of pregnant women after delivery were compared between the two groups.The knowledge of iron deficiency anemia and feeding methods in the two groups were analyzed.Results The incidences of nutritional anemia,low weight,neonatal asphyxia and preterm birth in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of spontaneous labor in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the cesarean section rate,incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,premature rupture of membranes,pregnancy-induced hypertension and oligohydramnios were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Hb level of infants at 6 months old and the SF level of pregnant women after delivery in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P <0.05).The mastery rates of basic knowledge,improvement methods and influence on infants of iron deficient anemia in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P <0.05).The breastfeeding rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the artificial feeding rate was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nutritional intervention during pregnancy can reduce the incidences of nutritional anemia,low weight,neonatal asphyxia and preterm birth,reduce the cesarean section rate and incidenne of complication of pregnan
