基于数据挖掘分析中药药浴治疗寻常型银屑病的用药规律

摘　　要：目的:探寻中药药浴治疗寻常型银屑病的用药规律。方法:通过检索中国知网近二十年关于中药药浴治疗寻常型银屑病的文献,收集文献记载的药浴方剂,运用Microsoft Office Excel 2007、IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0、IBM SPSS Modeler 14.2软件建立数据库,并对处方进行用药频数分析、性味归经分析、聚类分析、高频用药关联规则分析。结果:对中药药浴治疗寻常型银屑病的临床文献进行检索并整理,共检索出文章151篇,通过文献筛选最终纳入方剂46首,共涉及90味中药,5味高频中药依次为苦参、地肤子、白鲜皮、丹参、蛇床子,涉及中药的药性以寒性药物为主,药味以苦味药为主,归肝经的药物最多,归胃经和心经者次之。根据聚类分析得出的结果可将纳入的高频药物划分为7类。药物关联规则分析表明,苦参-蛇床子是二阶关联规则中支持度最高的药物组合,地肤子-白鲜皮-苦参是三阶关联规则中支持度最高的药物组合。结论:中药药浴治疗寻常型银屑病以“凉血解毒、清热祛湿、祛风止痒”为主要治法。Objective:To explore the medication rules of treating psoriasis vulgaris by Chinese materia medica bath.Methods:Through searching the literature on treating psoriasis vulgaris by Chinese materia medica bath in the past two decades,the medicinal bath prescriptions recorded in the related literature in China national knowledge infrastructure database were collected.A database was established by Microsoft Office Excel 2007.By IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0,and IBM SPSS Modeler 14.2 softwares,the medication frequency analysis,character and flavor analysis,cluster analysis,and high-frequency medicines association rule analysis for the prescriptions was performed.Results:The clinical literature on treating psoriasis vulgaris by Chinese materia medica baths was retrieved and sorted out,and 151 articles were obtained.46 prescriptions were finally included through the literature screening,involving 90 traditional Chinese medicines.The 5 kinds of high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines were Kushen(Sophora flavescens),Difuzi(Kochia scoparia),Baixianpi(Baixian peel),Danshen(Salvia miltiorrhiza),and Shechuangzi(Cnidium).The properties of related traditional Chinese medicines are mainly cold.The medicinal taste is mainly bitter.The ingredients of medicines mainly flowed into the liver,followed by flowed into the stomach and heart.According to the results of cluster analysis,the included high-frequency medicines can be divided into 7 categories.The medicines association rules analysis showed that Kushen-Shechuangzi is the most supported medicines combination in the second-order association rules,and Difuzi-Baixianpi-Shechuangzi is the most supported medicines combination in the third-order association rules.Conclusion:The medication rule of Chinese materia medica bath in treating psoriasis vulgaris is to take the cooling blood and detoxification,clearing heat and dampness,dispelling wind and relieving itching therapy as the main treatment method.
