项七针配合手针治疗椎动脉型颈椎病30例

摘　　要：目的:观察颈七针配合手针治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床效果。方法:将符合标准的椎动脉型颈椎病患者60例分为治疗组和对照组,各30例,治疗组予针刺治疗,对照组予口服西药盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,两组均治疗3周。治疗结束后,观察两组治疗后的安全性、临床疗效、症状功能评分,并在治疗结束1个月后随访,观察病情变化情况。结果:治疗组的治疗效果优于对照组,P<0.05。治疗组对眩晕和颈肩痛的改善效果优于对照组,P<0.05。1个月后回访,治疗组的临床复发率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:项七针配合手针比盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊更具有优势,更能明显改善椎动脉型颈椎病患者的眩晕和颈肩痛的症状,且复发率更低,临床具有可操作性,值得推广。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupunture at cervical seven acupoints and hand acupoints on vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis.Methods:60 cases were divided into the treatment group of 30 cases and the control group of 30 cases.The treatment group received acupuncture,and the control group received oral flunarizine hydrochloride capsule.Results:The effect in the treatment group was better than the control group,P<0.05.The amelioration of dizziness and neck and shoulder pain in the treatment group was better than the control group,P<0.05.After 1 month,the clinical recurrence in the treatment group was lower than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Acupuncture at cervical seven acupoints and hand acupoints has more advantages than flunarizine,it can significantly ameliorate vertigo,and neck and shoulder pain in patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis,and the recurrence is lower.It is clinically operable and worthy of promotion.
