陆斌教授运用益气固元针法治疗尿潴留医案举隅

摘　　要：尿潴留是一种临床常见病,严重影响患者的身心健康和生活质量。现代医学多以导尿术解决患者的痛苦,但又容易引起尿路感染。陆斌教授认为本病的发病机制为肾与膀胱气化失司,发病基础为正虚邪实,故提出了培肾固本、补益元气的总治则,运用益气固元针法,临床获效显著。本研究分享陆师治疗尿潴留医案一则,以期为临床治疗提供新的思路和方法。Urinary retention is one of the common clinical diseases,seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients and the quality of life.Catheterization of modern medicine is mainly applied to relieve the pain of patients,but it is easy to cause urinary tract infections.Professor LU Bin considers that the basic pathogenesis of the disease is disharmony of the kidney and bladder,and the foundation of the disease is insufficient body resistance and excessive pathogen.Therefore,the general treatment principle of strengthening the kidney and invigorating vitality is put forward.Acupuncture method of Yiqi Guyuan(益气固元针法)was applied in treating the disease,and gained obviously clinical effects.Now a medical case of treating urinary retention by Professor LU was given in the paper,in order to provide new ideas and methods for clinical treatment.
