摘　　要：文章基于阳明经与脏腑表里的关系、奇经冲脉相合于阳明经相关理论,探讨皮脂腺分泌异常与阳明的关系,明确痤疮的治疗“独取阳明”并非“只取阳明”。Based on the relationship between Yangming meridian(阳明经)and viscera,and the relevant theories of Qi meridian(奇经)and Chong collaterals(冲脉)are consistent with Yangming meridian,the relationship between abnormal sebaceous gland secretion and Yangming meridian was discussed in this paper,in order to make it clear that the therapy for acne.
